Xero UK Pricing Is Set To Change

Following one of their periodic reviews, Xero has announced an upcoming increase in their business subscription fees. This increase will be implemented on September 2021 and is the first increase since 2019.

In a recent email sent out to all business customers, Xero shared that by increasing their subscription fees, they are able to continue investing in product development, ensuring regular updates and platform improvements for customers.

Their review ensures the price accurately reflects the value of Xero and it’s incredible Marketplace offerings, allowing them to invest in the future of cloud possibilities.

From the 23rd September 2021, Starter and Standard business subscriptions will see a £2 monthly increase, while the Premium subscription will be increased by £3 per month, excluding VAT.

All bureau subscriptions will also see an increase of £1 per month, excluding VAT.

Not to worry if you’re a subscriber with a current Xero discount or promo code! The discount will be applied to the new pricing as the 23rd September 2021, continuing for the originally agreed length of time.

Xero Cashbook plans and Xero Ledger will see no increases.

Since the last subscription fee increase, Xero has invested heavily in cash flow, automation, getting paid faster, and security. This year, they intend on launching personal tax, providing greater insight tools and cash flow management support, investing in education and partner consulting, and keeping ahead of government changes to compliance. They’re also committed to providing UK partners with Xero Tan’s end-to-end compliance solution, including account production and new workflows to support your practice management.

We include a Xero subscription free of charge for all of our clients that we do accounting work for!
